1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CSVFixKit (https://csvfixkit.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our service. CSVFixKit is developed and maintained by HK Smart Tools.

2. Acceptable Use

CSVFixKit is provided for the purpose of analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing structured text files (such as CSV and TSV formats). You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes. You must not attempt to interfere with, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or compromise the technical infrastructure hosting the web application.

3. Client-Side Execution and User Backups

CSVFixKit performs all data parsing, encoding detection, and file generation locally within your web browser. Although our algorithms are designed to be non-destructive and preserve data fidelity (including numeric strings and identifiers), you must always retain a secure backup copy of your original files before performing any automated or manual file modifications or imports into production databases.

4. Disclaimer of Warranties

CSVFixKit IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT REPAIRED FILES WILL BE ACCEPTED BY EVERY THIRD-PARTY DATABASE OR SOFTWARE SYSTEM.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HK SMART TOOLS, ITS DEVELOPERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO USE) CSVFIXKIT, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

6. Intellectual Property

The interface design, graphics, custom software code, algorithms, and documentation on CSVFixKit are owned by HK Smart Tools and protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over any CSV files you process through the application.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to revise or replace these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated modification date. Your continued use of the website following any posted modifications constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
